PURPOSE: A manipulation knob mounting structure of a washing machine is provided to prevent the damage of environmental parts due to the excessive pressing of a manipulation knob by illuminating the manipulation knob in a dark place by forming an LED module. CONSTITUTION: A manipulation knob mounting structure of a washing machine includes a front surface panel(70) formed with switch coupling holes(72), a casing(21) mounted to a rear surface of the front surface panel and mounted with a rotary switch(80), a manipulation knob(50) connected to the rotary switch via the switch coupling holes and having a main body part(54) for surrounding an outside the rotary switch, and an LED(Light Emitting Diode) module(90) having a drain part extended from a body part downwardly and having a drain groove.
