<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing lock device for improving assemblability and reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: At least two casings to be opened/closed in the form of an alligator's mouth are mutually held in the state of closure. The device has lock mechanisms in which lock means 4 and 5 to be detachably engaged with parts 11 and 12 to be engaged that are provided on one casing 100A, biasing means 6 and 7 for biasing the lock means 4 and 5 toward the parts 11 and 12 to be engaged and operating means 9 and 10 for operating the lock means 4 and 5 away from the parts 11 and 12 to be engaged are integrally formed from flexible materials. The lock means 4 and 5 are provided at the left and right edges of the casing and the left and right lock mechanisms are integrally coupled by an elastically deformable arm 8.
