PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording apparatus, a function recording apparatus, and an information reproducing apparatus that can more effectively and completely particularize a reproducing apparatus than a conventional scramble system.

SOLUTION: The information recording method of this invention comprises: a step of encrypting a recording signal SR on the basis of a disk information code signal SI; a step of recording the encrypted recording signal SRS onto an optical disk DK; a step of producing a modified inverse scramble function SRFX on the basis of the disk identification code signal and a reproducing device particularizing code signal ST; and a step of recording the produced modified inverse scramble function SRFX on a magnetic recording track T.
