<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce standard merchandise in mass production standard specifications and special merchandise in concrete specifications in a state that both the merchandise coexist in a production line, and to produce the special merchandise in quick delivery. <P>SOLUTION: The kind and quantity of concrete specifications regarding a BTO (built to order) vehicle are inputted to a production plan as the perspective order reception in a timing before the first period and after the start of production, and exclusive parts necessary for the production of the BTO vehicle are ordered to a supplier (S1-S3). In the production plan, the kind and quantity of the BTO vehicle are changed in a batch to the standard vehicle of the mass production standard specifications in the same quantity in a timing before the second period and after the start of the production. Afterwards, when information indicating the formal order reception of the BTO vehicle is inputted in a period before a prescribed period and after the actual production start timing, the specifications changed in a batch to the standard vehicle are transferred to the specifications of the BTO vehicle whose formal order reception is executed (S4-S5).
