<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component providing method capable of swiftly providing a component to a customer. <P>SOLUTION: In the component providing method of providing the components of plant facilities to customers 5 and 6 possessing plant facilities, allowable periods until providing the components to the customers 5 and 6 are set. When repair requests for the components are received from the customers 5 and 6, the allowable periods with respect to the components are retrieved, and it is judged whether the components can be repaired within the allowable periods.
