<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection and maintenance support system, an inspection and maintenance support server, an inspection and maintenance support method and an inspection and maintenance support program uniforming service quality so that proper inspection and maintenance can be provided irrespective of experience or a qualification of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: When connecting with an operator terminal and a customer terminal via a network and supporting inspection and maintenance, inspection result information is received from the operator terminal, recommended work information corresponding to the inspection result information is retrieved from a work storing means, the recommended work information retrieved from the work storing means is outputted to the customer terminal, instruction information responding to the recommended work information is received from the customer terminal, and work instruction information regarding maintenance is outputted on the basis of the instruction information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
