<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker dispatching system, method, server, and program enabling the dispatch of the worker nearest to what the user wants. <P>SOLUTION: A server and a user terminal are provided, capable of communication with each other on a network. The user terminal acquires a plurality of items of information on wish conditions arranged in the order of importance and transmits them to the server, with the items arranged in the order of importance in a way that the server may identify. The server is equipped with a database wherein registrant identification data and accessorial data are related with each other. The database provides data on which wish condition data items are compared with the accessorial data, and identification data collected from the database are compiled into a dispatch candidate list in which wish condition data items are arranged in the order of importance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
