<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank device for heating water having a simple structure and capable of reducing the cost and dimensional size. <P>SOLUTION: This tank device comprises a heat exchanger 44 inside a tank 40 for heating the water in a tank 40 by allowing a refrigerant gas of high temperature to pass through the inside by circulating freezing cycles 22, 26, 30a. The structure of the tank device for heating the water can be simplified in comparison with a conventional tank device for heating the water, the cost can be reduced, and the device can be miniaturized.
