<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that it is extremely difficult to analyze many kinds of bacterial floras by cultivation, the kinds of bacteria which can be analyzed are limited, and cultivation and analysis of many kinds of bacteria is time-consuming even if some of separated bacteria or bacterial floras can be analyzed. <P>SOLUTION: This DNA analyzing chip is for use in analyzing a DNA of a separated bacterium or a bacterial flora, and contains a nucleic acid amplifying part in which a nucleic acid in a sample which includes the separated bacteria or a bacterial flora are amplified using a specific PCR primer, and an electrophoresis part which fractionates the amplified nucleic acid amplified in the nucleic acid amplifying unit utilizing electrophoresis, and is characterized in that the nucleic acid amplifying part and the electrophoresis part are located on the same substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
