<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a subject of the present operating state of a camera by performing light emission in different colors between in course of the operation of a lens barrel and in course of the operation of a self-timer by using the same light source. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 303 decides whether the present operating state of the camera is a state where the lens barrel is operated or a state where the self- timer is operated, and controls an FRLED 201 to emit light through an LED driving circuit 304 based on the decided result. The FRLED 201 is constituted by integrating several kinds of LED chips into one body, so that the light emission in the different colors is realized by the same light source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
