<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition which generates no colored sticky foreign matter and enhances productivity and a color filter obtained using the composition and to provide a photosensitive composition capable of forming a colored image excellent in transmittance, contrast, sensitivity, resolution, solvent resistance and reliability in a liquid crystal cell and a color filter obtained using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive compositions comprise [A] a pigment, [B] a binder resin, [C] an addition-polymerizable compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond, [D] a photopolymerization initiator and [E] a solvent. The voltage retention of a film formed from each of the photosensitive compositions is ≥90%, and when a film formed from each of the photosensitive compositions is immersed in ≥10 times by weight as much the solvent as the film, dissolution time is within 5 min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
