PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium capable of preventing reproduction of illegally recorded content information, and a recording/reproducing device of the same. SOLUTION: An optical disk 100 comprises, from an inner side, a recording area 104 in which content information is recorded, a read-out area 105, and a protect area 106 in which copy right information regarding the content information is recorded.
