PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor that is small in equivalent series inductance and equivalent series resistance in a high-frequency area. SOLUTION: An anode 2 and a cathode 3 is led out in the same direction. For example, this capacitor is provided with a plurality of anodes 2 and a plurality of cathodes 3 that are laminated one after another with at least a dielectric layer 4 in between, at least one anode lead-out 2a, at least one cathode lead-out 3a, a single anode terminal 5, and a single cathode terminal 6. The anode 2 is electrically connected with the anode lead-out 2a, the cathode 3 is electrically connected with the cathode lead-out 3a, the anode lead-out 2a and the cathode lead-out 3a are led out in a specified direction, the anode lead- out 2a is connected with the anode terminal 5, and the cathode lead-out 3a is connected with the cathode terminal 6.
