PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a laminate in which a metallic thin-film layer is difficult to break, the bond strength of an external electrode is increased sufficiently when the external electrode electrically connected to the metallic thin-film layer is formed, and a miniaturization and an increase in capacity are enabled when the laminate is used as a capacitor, in the laminate of a dielectric layer and the metallic thin-film layer. SOLUTION: The laminate composed of the dielectric layer and the metallic tin-film layer is manufactured by using a process in which a resin material is attached and the dielectric layer is formed, a process in which a patterning material is attached on the dielectric layer in a beltlike manner, and a process in which the metallic thin-film layer is laminated as one unit and repeating the processes in fixed numbers. The places in 2n numbers ((n) represents a natural number) of the patterning material attached are made different from those in (2n-1) numbers of the patterning material attached while all of the places in 2n numbers of the patterning material attached are not positioned at the same place, and all of the places in (2n-1) numbers of the patterning material attached are not positioned at the same place in this case.
