摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a flow rate and reduce fluid noise and the shaft power of the moving blades of a totally-enclosed fan-cooled rotating electric machine that vents the outside a stator frame. SOLUTION: The ratio (D<SB>i0</SB>/D<SB>0</SB>) of a moving blade leading-edge blade end diameter (D<SB>i0</SB>) to a moving blade outside diameter (D<SB>0</SB>) is set to a value of not more than 0.7 (D<SB>i0</SB>/D<SB>0</SB>≤0.7). The ratio of the moving blade inside diameter area to the outside diameter area is set to 0.6 to 0.8. The chord-pitch ratio is set to 0.5 to 0.7. The ratio of a clearanceδbetween a fan cover 9 and the moving blade end to the moving blade outside diameter is set to 0.02 to 0.05. The fan cover suction diameter (D<SB>f</SB>) and the moving blade leading-edge blade end diameter are made to match with each other. With this constitution, the angle of incidence of inflow with respect to the moving blades 7 is reduced, and the variation in pressure from one blade to another is reduced. Further, power due to the difference in a circumferential speed between the moving blade inside diameter and outside diameter is increased, and the flow characteristics are improved.
