PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively provide convenience of a user who selects programs, and advertisement of program contents, to provide a system for easily measuring the effect, and to provide a method for easily measuring the effect. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 100 sends a program keyword that a user is interested in (symbol 1). A service server 300 registers the program keyword (symbol 2), and searches program information having the program keyword from program data (symbol 3). The service server 300 retrieves advertisement contents including a program ID that the user has already reserved to record (symbol 4). A program information mail including the retrieved program information and advertisement contents is transmitted (symbol 5). The cellular phone 100 transmits recording reservation information (symbol 6). The service server 300 records the log of the recording reservation information (symbol 7), and then transmits recording reservation operation information (symbol 8).
