PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D/A converter circuit that can appropriately suppress the noise produced when a noise shaper is reset. SOLUTION: In a zero data detecting section 60, a signal having a high logical level is outputted when it is detected that the sound data outputted from an interpolation filter 10 corresponding to silence. When it is detected that the sound data correspond to the silence, in addition, the data corresponding to a very small direct current outputted from a DC component outputting section 61 and the output data of the filter 10 are added to each other by means of an adder 62. In another zero detecting section 63, a signal having a high logical level is outputted when the output data of the noise shaper 20 is detected. When the output signals of both zero detecting sections 60 and 63 become high in logic level, the noise shaper 20 is reset. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
