PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which for realizing small noise and small current consumption and is suitable for integrating into an IC. SOLUTION: The collector of a first grounded-emitter transistor TR1 is connected to the emitter of a second grounded-collector transistor TR2 via an inductor L10, and the collector of the first transistor TR1 is connected to the base of the second transistor TR2 via a capacitor C2.
