PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive non-reciprocal circuit element that can use a common member even if the thickness of a permanent magnet is changed due to the tendency toward the formation of series of the non-reciprocal circuit element. SOLUTION: Capacitors C1-C3, a resistor R, a magnetic rotor 6, and a pressure member 7 are formed in a case member 1. The magnetic rotor 6 includes central conductors 64-66. The central conductors 64-66 have terminal sections 641-661. The pressure member 7 has a cavity section 70 and a frame section 74. The cavity section 70 is open at upper and lower surfaces 71 and 72, and the lower surface 72 faces the magnetic rotor 6. The frame section 74 presses the terminal sections 641-661 against the capacitors C1-C3 and the resistor R. A permanent magnet 8 is provided in the cavity section 70.
