FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: diaper is made in the form of absorbing body enclosed between inner sheet, outer moisture-permeable sheet and outer moisture-impermeable sheet. Absorbing body is provided with fastening devices adapted for connection and disconnection of side portions of front and rear parts arranged at one side with respect to longitudinal axis of symmetry of absorbing article. Fastening devices are manufactured from recovered material and are heat sealed to at least one of outer sheets of article. Fastening devices and outer sheet or outer sheets are made of material with glass transition temperature of 50-60 C and melting temperature of 140-180 C, preferably of 150-175 C. Absorbing articles may be made as shorts used by people suffering from active incontinence or as hygienic layer made in the form of shorts.
