PURPOSE: A zoom ring and focus ring fixing structure for LCD projector is provided to rotate the zoom ring in a stable manner and achieve improved convenience in assembly by simplifying the structure of coupling the zoom ring and focus ring to the lens unit. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a projection lens(11), a zoom ring(12), a focus ring(13) and a protection ring(14). The projection lens includes a lens body(11c), a focusing portion(11b) arranged at the outer periphery of the projection lens, and a zooming portion(11a) arranged at the outer periphery of the projection lens and spaced apart from the focusing portion, and which has a zoom ring fixing groove(11f) for permitting the zooming portion to accurately move. The zoom ring has a groove(12a) for coupling with the projection lens, and a zoom ring fixing protrusion(12b) to be inserted into the zoom ring fixing groove formed at the zooming portion so as to allow the zoom ring to move together with the zooming portion. The focus ring is coupled to the outer periphery of the lens body so as to achieve a correct focusing. The protection ring is arranged at the outer periphery of the focus ring so as to prevent the focus ring coupling screw from being exposed outward, thus achieving an aesthetic enhancement.
