Test kit for determining neuroimmunological and immune-function disorders comprising: (a) at least one standard harmful substance (I), or a mixture, at subtoxic concentration; (b) at least one recall antigen (rAg), or mixture; (c) a device for incubation of lymphocytic or lymphoid cells; and (d) a device for determining (pro)inflammatory cytokines and regulatory cytokines, or cytokines of the non-specific, Th1, Th2 or Th3 immune responses, is new.
