Pharmaceutical dosage form according to claim 1, characterized in that the polymer (II) is so-polymer of methacrylic acid and methacrylate. 3. Pharmaceutical dosage form according to claim 1, characterized in that the polymer (I) is ethylcellulose. 4. Pharmaceutical dosage form according to claim 2, characterized in that the polymer (I) is ethylcellulose. 5. Pharmaceutical dosage form according to claim 1, characterized in that the polymer (II) is conditions is soluble in a solution of at least pH 4.
