PURPOSE: Provided is an artificial fishing reef which consists of an iron or concrete beam to the high load receiving part and a synthetic resin beam to the low load receiving part, thereby cutting the costs of materials drastically. CONSTITUTION: The artificial fishing reef comprises the load members such as pole(1,2,3) and beam(12,13,14,15) for supporting load, the synthetic resin beams connected to the load members and the plate members bonded to the synthetic resin beams and the load members. The plate members are the mesh form of a band having a certain width. The plate members have the vortex generating holes of the various forms thereon. The synthetic resin beams have edge grooves formed to the edges excluding the both ends of the edge so as to rest the plate members. The synthetic resin beams and plate members are made of waste plastics preferably.
