The valve incorporates a controllable shaft, and the end side of the closure part has a seal which is arranged between the valve seat and the closure part and can influence the closure part to close and open the valve opening. The plane of the end side (9) of the closure part (8) and the plane of the valve seat (12) form an angle. The end side (9) of the closure part (8) is so pressed against the valve seat (12) and can be released from it that the end side successively closes and opens the valve opening (6).
