PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of hot dipped galvanized steel sheet is provided which improves corrosion resistance of hot dipped galvanized steel sheet by adding alloy elements to galvanizing pot so that densified and stable corrosion products are formed on the surface of galvanized layer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the processes of preparing zinc alloy system comprising 5 wt.% Al, 7 to 10 wt.% Ti, and a balance of zinc and impurities as a plating pot component system; dipping an ordinary steel sheet to be plated into the plating pot in which the component system is maintained to a temperature of 470 to 500 deg.C; maintaining the steel sheet to be plated in the plating pot for a certain period of time in the state that the steel sheet to be plated is dipped in the plating pot so that a molten zinc solution is coated on the steel sheet to be plated; and naturally air cooling the steel sheet coated with the molten zinc solution in the air so that the molten zinc solution is dried on the surface of the steel sheet.
