PURPOSE: Provided are a method for producing fermented fodder by bio stone and agricultural by-products and the use thereof, thereby improving meat quality and preventing environment contamination. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing fermented fodder by bio-stone and agricultural by-products is characterized by mixing 100kg of rice bran, 50kg of sesame seed dregs, 4kg of brown sugar, and microorganisms; fermenting the mixture thereof under humidity of 65% at 40-42 deg.C for 48-72 hours; drying the fermentate and mixing with 1.0 wt.% of quartz porphyry powder; and homogenizing the mixture thereof.
