摘要 The invention relates to a method for the production of a highly fracture-resistant aluminium sheet material alloyed with scandium (Sc) and/or zirconium (Zr), whereby the aluminium sheet material comprises at least 1 - 5 wt. % magnesium (Mg), 0.1 - 1.0 wt. % scandium (Sc) and/or 0.05 -1 wt. % zirconium (Zr), 0 - 2 wt. % manganese (Mn), 0 - 2 wt. % zinc (Zn), 0 -1 wt. % silver (Ag), 0 - 1 wt. % copper (Cu), the residue being aluminium and impurities to a maximum of 0.1 wt. %, characterised in that a rolling starting material in the form of a sheet billet is produced by means of thin-strip casting or direct strand reduction, whereby the molten alloy is cast between two rollers and the sheet billet, produced by rapid solidification is drawn off. The sheet billet is then rolled to a required thickness with serial thermo-mechanical processing steps at a temperature (T1), below the precipitation sequence for a coherent Al3Sc/Zr phase which increases strength and the sheet billet, rolled to the desired thickness is then thermally treated at a temperature within the precipitation sequence for a coherent Al3Sc/Zr phase, which increases strength.
