<p>A flap (12) for an aircraft having a movable plate (21). The movable plate (21) is disposed at a position near to the rear edge of the flap (12). A support shaft (22) rotatably supports the movable plate. The movable plate is connected to a winch (24) through a wire (25). When the winch has loosened the wire, the movable plate is disposed in an active position by the urging force of a torsion spring (22a), and when the winch has wound up the wire, the movable plate is disposed in a standby position against the urging force of the torsion spring.</p> |
