The device has increased energy yield resulting from the structural design of the turbine components and taking into account the revolution rate dependency of the yield on the speed of the fluid. A control arrangement increases yield by increasing the inlet opening for the fluid, which is fed to the turbine rotor with smaller directional changes and low losses. Independent claims are also included for the following: a control arrangement and a bearer vane for adjusting the control arrangement.
