The invention relates to a hair removal device. The inventive device consists of a casing (20) which houses an electric motor and a gear train which receives the movement from the motor in order to rotate a rotating roller. Said rotating roller, which comprises tweezers, is housed in a hair removal head. The aforementioned hair removal head is mounted to the casing (20) in such a way that it can move between (i) a position in which it receives the rotation movement from one of the pinions of the gear train and (ii) a second position in which it is removed in order to be replaced by an exfoliating head (21), which is also removably mounted to the casing (20). According to the invention, the exfoliating head (21) comprises a mobile exfoliating part (22) which moves in an alternating manner in the plane of the skin and which is actuated by a drive mechanism which receives the movement from the gear train of the casing (20).
