The post-and-beam structure includes a horizontal plate (3) which has a support frame (5) of assembled box-form longitudinal profiled elements (6). The longitudinal profiled elements by means of one-piece side corner connectors (7,8) are connected to similarly formed connecting elements (9) for the interconnecting of vertical supports (1) and/or the balcony parapet as well as integrated gutters to the support frame. The longitudinal profiled elements on the inside each have a rain gutter which can be connected to the rain gutter formed in the side corner connector.
