PURPOSE: An apparatus for closing tap hole of blast furnace is provided to perform forming operation of tap hole surface and closing operation of filling hole at the same time by simultaneously filling forming material onto the tap hole surface and filling mud material into the tap hole when operating cylinder of mud gun. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is characterized in that a body is formed in a cap shape so that the body is removably inserted onto the end part of nozzle(3) of mud gun(2), a pipe shaped mud injection part(120) is projectingly formed on the front of the body so that the mud injection part(120) injects mud material (M) into tap hole(1), the rear of the mud injection part(120) is connected to the inside of the body by a ring shaped flexible bellows(130), and forming material discharged through a hole (H) formed on the front of the body is installed in an inner space of the bellows(130), wherein the mud injection part(120) is formed in a conical shape.
