APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING AND FIXING RAP OF SCRAP CHOPPER KNIFE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling and fixing a rap of a scrap chopper knife is provided to reduce a cutting fault of a scrap and prevent the scrap chopper knife from being broken by adjusting and fixing the scrap chopper knife using a rotation of a chopper drum. CONSTITUTION: A chopper knife rap measuring section is provided to measure a height compensation value of a chopper knife(102). The chopper knife rap measuring section is connected to a chopper housing, in which a drum(101) is installed. A fixing block driving section is provided to move a fixing block(301) in left and right directions as a moving sprocket(314) is rotated. A shaft fixing section is connected to a shaft of the fixing block driving section in order to fix the shaft. A chopper knife expansion and compression device is assembled at a lower portion of the chopper knife(102). A chopper knife driving section is installed in the drum(101).
