APPARATUS FOR SEPARATELY DISPOSING DEFORMED PART OF SCRAPS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separately disposing deformed part of scraps are provided to reduce a scrap treatment time by introducing the non-rolled part into a non-rolled part cutting section while introducing the over-rolled part into a fixing rubber belt section and a rotary belt section. CONSTITUTION: A push cover(14) is installed at a front portion of a guide roller(11). A sensor for measuring thickness of a scrap coil is attached to the push cover(14). A control section, a solenoid valve and a cylinder are provided to selectively operate a switching plate(18) according to thickness of the scarp coil measured by the sensor. A fixing cutter section(12) is positioned opposite to a cutter(16). A roller gear and a cutter gear are fixedly welded to the guide roller(11) and a cutter assembly(17). The cutter gear is engaged with a driving gear.
