The present invention refers to a physical conditioning apparatus whose main objective is to convert the muscular effort into electrical energy in order to actuate common-use equipments (golf carts, refrigerators, radios, etc.) The apparatuses will be unlocked with an electronic card, which in the case of hotels rooms, cruises etc., it can coincide with the key. In the case of a gym of sport club, the card can coincide with the membership identification. This card will register the generation of electric energy and the conditions of muscular exercise performed by the user. The energy generated by the user will be indicated in kWh, kcal, in monetary units or in amassable points.
