Process according to claim 8 for preparing a phosphoric acid salt of N-methyl-o-phenylenediamine according to one of the preceding claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the solvent for N-methyl-o-phenylenediamine and for the phosphoric acid is ethanol, propanol or isopropanol. 10. Process according to claim 9 for preparing a phosphoric acid salt of N-methyl-o-phenylenediamine according to one of the preceding claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the solvent for N-methyl-o-phenylenediamine and for the phosphoric acid is ethanol.
