A method of well development comprising a perforation of walls of well and making a depression, characterized in that mechanical behaviors of soil samples from bed are preliminary investigated and the value of depression required for changing of the bed structure is determined, the bed bringing to increasing of penetrability of it in critical area of formation, during the perforation and after it the depression is made which is not more rated and maintaining up to increasing of fluid debit. 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the depression value which is not less rated up to stop of the debit of fluid.
