PURPOSE: An intelligent network inter-working function management system is provided to inter-work with a network management system requiring a TMN(Telecommunication Management Network) function and Q3 interface, thereby systematically managing an intelligent inter-working function. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent network inter-working function(20) is provided for network inter-working of equipment providing an intelligent network service. A network management system(40) manages the intelligent network inter-working function(20) according to standardized model and protocol. A socket communication module(31) executes TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) socket communication with the intelligent network inter-working function(20) for collecting management information of the intelligent network inter-working function. A Q3 adaptor module(32) converts the management information to GDMO(Guidelines for the Definition of Managed Objects) based data form for storing and forming actual management information. A CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol) interface module(33) adopts to the corresponding the network management system(40) according to a CMIP protocol and transmits the converted management information to the network management system(40).
