<p>#CMT# #/CMT# An integration amplification circuit (110) receiving N data, where N is greater than O, has integration amplifiers (111,115) respectively receiving reference signals (VREF,/VREF) to integrate and amplify difference between each reference signal and data. A detection amplifier circuit (130) computes difference between differential signals (V1P,V1N,V2P,V2N) output form respective amplifiers (111,115), to detect the data value. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for data receiving method. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# For receiving data transmitted between semiconductor devices. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Since the data receiver uses signal integration technique, the high frequency noises generated when data is detected at high speed, are reduced.
