Infrared heating films are provided in the walls and/or ceiling of a cabin in combination with a device for generating a brine/oxygen stream, e.g. an ultrasonic nebulizer. The heating films and the brine/oxygen stream generating device are electrically connected together for supply of power and control. The control is interlocked so that either the generating device or the heating foil can be active.
