Magnetic resonance imaging method in which an image of a body region is obtained and then a trajectory is defined through the body region. MR sectional images are then obtained for individual positions (13a) along the trajectory with an angular position. The images are recorded so that a maximum part of the trajectory is contained within the images. An Independent claim is included for a corresponding MRI system.
