<p>Layer level setting means (42) sets the layer of a distribution system with which a ground-fault protecting device (40) is connected, and a carrier signal representing the layer level is outputted to a distribution line (1) when a ground-fault detection signal is sent from carrier transmitting means (43) by distribution line carrier communication. A carrier signal from another ground-fault protecting device is detected by carrier detection means (44), and an interlock is effected by changing the operation to a time delay operation when there is another carrier signal the level of which is lower than that of the detected carrier signal and to an instantaneous stop operation when there is no carrier signal the level of which is lower than that of the detected carrier signal.</p> |
