Measurement error correction and quality control of electronic components, with a method in which an inter-relational formula is creating linking an actual measurement system to a reference measurement system

Measurement error correction method in which an inter-relational formula between measurements made with an actual measurement system and measurements made with a reference measurement system is obtained after measurements have been carried out. The electrical characteristics of an electronic target component are then corrected using the inter-relational formula. The invention also relates to a corresponding quality control testing method for electronic components and a measurement system for measuring the characteristics of electronic components.
