The heat power plant has a pressure gas motor (4) for high pressure and low temperature, with heat from lower temperature producing movement energy. A circulating connecting unit has a fluid gas pump (3), an evaporator (2) and a condenser (6). The pressure gas motor circuit is connected with that of the heat pump via a heat exchanger (8). The circuit of the heat pump is connected with that of the pressure gas motor (12) via a heat exchanger (15) for normal temperature and high pressure. The thermic energy transported from the heat pump (5) is converted into dynamic energy with the pressure gas motor for normal temperature and high pressure.
