1. A massager comprising four holders at one end of each of them massage elements of different configuration are attached, the other ends are rigidly conjugated therebetween, the conjugated surfaces of each pair of holders are point conic in a cross-section passing through the longitudinal axes of said holders and the holder's axes are oriented in space at an angle to each other, characterized in that the holder's axes are oriented in space at an angle of 30-180 degree to each other, and the distance between the center of the massager itself and each of the massage element can be equal or different. 2. The massager according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one additional massage element shaped as a figure of revolution is arranged co-axially between the massage elements and the holders, the surfaces of which are smoothly conjugated with the surfaces of the massage elements and the holders. 3. The massager according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the massage elements and additional massage elements are ball-shaped, and (or) rounded cone, and (or) ellipsoid and (or) cylinder, and (or) barrel shaped and (or) hemisphere and are of an equal or different dimensions in any combinations. 4. The massager according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that that the massage elements and additional massage elements have smooth or corrugated surface and spaced from the massager's center at a distance taking into account possible corrugations on curved surfaces of the holders. 5. The massager according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that that the corrugations are made in the form of rectangular-shaped protrusions, rounded cone-shape, ball-shaped, needle-shaped and arranged checkered and (or) parallel circular rows and (or) spiral.
