The invention relates to a flap hinge for connecting a flap, a front lid or a boot lid for instance, to a body of a motor vehicle in an articulated manner. The inventive hinge comprises a first stop component (2) for fixing to the flap, a second stop component (3) for fixing to the body and a connecting member (4). Openings (7, 8) of the two stop components (2, 3) are interspersed by said member. At least one of the two stop components (2, 3) can be pivoted around said member (4) which is provided with thread sections (5, 6) on both ends thereof. An opening (7, 8) of one of the two stop components (2, 3) respectively is interspersed by said sections. Each one of the two stop components (2, 3) can be adjusted separately by means of detachable nuts (10, 11). The aim of the invention is to provide a flap hinge which enables a pivoting moment to be adjusted in a defined manner without affecting the adjustment of the position. At least one of the openings is configured as an elongated hole (7).
