Method of diagnosis of the physiological condition of a biological object, comprising sampling of biological liquid, placing the same in a cell (1) for analysis, supplying a current through the cell from a frequency- and amplitude-adjustable generator (2) and measuring the conductivity Y1 of sample of biological object, characterized in that sampling of biological liquid of biological object is made after his exit from quiescent state and awakening, further the reference (12) of biological liquid, supplying a current at the same frequency- and amplitude- through the reference (12) of biological liquid and measuring its conductivity Yr, maintaining permanence of temperatures of reference and cell(1), for analysis with biological liquid, comparing conductivities Y1 and Yr by calculating the ratio N1 = Y1/Yr and the biological object is in a normal condition when N1 < 1, and a potential disease is diagnosed when N1 > 1. 2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the reference (12) of biological liquid is a sample of biological liquid of reference biological object, which is placed in reference cell, which is similar by all parameters with cell (1), for analysis and measuring the conductivity of Yr sample of biological liquid in reference cell. 3. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the reference (12) of biological liquid is resistor with conductivity corresponding to conductivity of biological liquid and cells for analysis. 4. Method according to claim 1, characterized in collecting of second sample of biological liquid of biological object during the wake period before the first ingestion of biological object and placing of it in supplementary cell for analysis (18), similar with said cell (1) for analysis by its electrical parameters, measuring Y2 conductivity of the second, calculating the ratio of conductivity of biological liquid in supplementary cell (18) for analysis with reference N2=Y2/ Yr, and meeting the conditions N1/N2 > 1, the immune system status is determined, if N2< 1, the immune system activity is increasing, and while approaching it is falling down. 5. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the biological liquid is saliva. 6. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the biological liquid is urine. 7. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the biological liquid is blood. 8. A device for diagnosis of physiological condition of biological object, containing analysis cell (1), for placing inside of biological liquid, generator (2), connected to analysis cell (1), and a differential amplifier (3), a detector (4) and a measuring unit (5) connected in series, wherein the analysis cell (1) has a possibility to contact with differential amplifier (3), characterized in that the differential amplifier (3) includes first and second current summing inputs (6, 7) and the generator (2) is connected to the first summing input (6) of said differential amplifier (3), the device also includes differential amplifier (8), and has first and second current summing inputs (9, 10), voltage regulator (11), reference (12) of biological liquid, electrode(3) is connected to the second summing input (7) of the differential amplifier (3) and is capable of three-dimensional displacement so as to be brought into contact with the biological liquid in the analysis cell (1) and with the reference (12) of biological liquid in cell(1) for the analysis and with reference(12) if biological liquid, detector(4) being connected to the measuring unit (5) through the first summing input (9) of the added amplifier (8), while a voltage regulator (11) is connected thereto through the second summing input (10) of said amplifier (8). 9. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the equivalent of electrode (13) is administered, making as a resistor (14) with conductivity same with that of electrode (13), and connected to the second summing input (7) of said differential amplifier (3) through the key (15). 10. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the generator (2) is frequency- and amplitude- adjustable. 11. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that, the electrode (13) is made as coaxial probe with cone on the top.
