POWER STEERING GEAR VALVE FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A power steering gear valve of a vehicle is provided to arrange a steering wheel to a middle position and not to generate a non-operation range by forming grooves to a spool shaft and a pinion correspondingly and mounting a leaf spring between grooves of the spool shaft and the pinion. CONSTITUTION: A slot is formed to a pair of threads facing each other along a longitudinal direction. Threads are comprised in a gear portion of a connecting gear formed to an end of a spool shaft(110). A pinion(120) combined to the spool shaft has a groove on one end to insert the connecting gear of the spool shaft. A connecting gear corresponded to the connecting gear of the spool shaft is formed along an inner surface of the groove. Grooves are formed to a pair of gullies to correspond to the connecting gear of the spool shaft. A leaf spring(130) is installed between grooves when the spool shaft and the pinion are combined. Thereby, an enough space is maintained to supply hydraulic pressure in rotating the steering gear, and differences of rotation between the spool shaft and the pinion are not generated.
