<p>This invention relates to a method and apparatus for the reduction of electromagnetic radiation from display screens. The display screen is substantially encased within a conductive shield formed by the housing around the display screen, a rear housing and a conductive coating or layer over the front face of a PCB panel on which light-emitting elements may be mounted. Interconnections are provided between all the components of the shield so as to limit any gaps within the shield to a size sufficiently small to minimize damaging electromagnetic noise.</p> |
